Join Us!

We are a friendly and sociable orchestra - but we do expect players to practise and to come to our weekly rehearsals! These take place from 7.30pm – 10.00 pm on Thursdays in Trinity Church, Nether Street, North Finchley (near Tally Ho Corner).

We normally perform five concerts a year, including two with our sister organisation Finchley Chamber Choir. Each has between three and nine Thursday rehearsals.

We are always glad to hear from potential new members. We currently have room in our string and brass sections while wind and horn players can join our deputy system if there is no immediate vacancy. Players should be at least Grade 7 standard with good sight-reading skills and some orchestral experience.
